He holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Houston Baptist University, Houston, Texas.

Pastor Cole has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications specializing in print journalism from Rust College, Holly Springs, Mississippi.

He is a bestselling Christian author, an award-winning journalist, and a licensed minister of the gospel.
